Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as a federal enterprise supports the German Government in achieving its objectives in international cooperation for sustainable development.
On behalf of the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the
Regional Fund Malakand will support the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and
Communities in the Malakand Division in their planning and implementing of livelihood
recovery and development projects
Administration and Finance Assistant (Ref#MRF2012/002)
Qualifications and Experience:
B.B.A(Hons) certificate/diploma or similar qualification from a recognised college
Good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
Language skills: Pashto (fluent spoken and written); Urdu (fluent spoken and written); English (fluent spoken and written)
Willingness and ability to multi-task, work productively in a culturally and politically sensitive operational context
Supports the project and its team with efficient and effective financial, administrative and HR services
Supports the Administration and Finance Officer with the tracking and documenting of all contracts established by and on behalf of the project
Supports the project team and its Management in logistical issues, in collaboration with the GIZ Country Office Applications:
