Assistant Manager Career Development Center (CDC)

IBA invites applications from dynamic, qualified and result-oriented candidates for its Career Development Center (CDC). The CDC is dedicated to initiating and maintaining relationships with potential employers for strengthening IBA's link with the business community.

Responsibilities:

■      Strengthen IBA's links with the industry comprising Public, Private and Civil Society organizations

■      Develop departmental policies and procedures and build the team

■      Focus on improvement of processes to facilitate efficient placement of students and market them to potential employers based in Pakistan and abroad

■      Managing a variety of databases

Requirements:

■      Master with 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor with 5 years of relevant experience in reputable organization(s) preferably in Marketing and Public Relations. IBA alumni will be preferred for this position.

■      Excellent communications (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills

■      Sound knowledge of IT, including experience in database management

Program Manager/Assistant Manager Entrepreneurial Development

The Center for Entrepreneurial Development (CED) at IBA has been recently established in collaboration with Babson College, USA. The CED aims to create value for Pakistan by providing essential entrepreneurial skills to local entrepreneurs and growing their networks so that they can build successful businesses and play their role in strengthening Pakistan's economy.

The IBA CED is looking for highly motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a challenging and vibrant environment.

Requirements:

■      MBA from HEC recognized university/institute (preferably from IBA or LUMS)

■      Atleast 3 years of working experience preferably in the relevant field

■      Well conversant with MS Office and statistical software packages i.e. SPSS, PLS

■      Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu

■      Ability to work independently with dedication and hardwork
