- Welcome customers into the store; identify their needs through asking questions; recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; recommend link products; close the sale; provide professional till point service; follow up with regular customers; maintain personal grooming standards; deal professionally with customer complaints. Advise customers about promotions in store.
- As per the standards set out in Areej training and manual; provide beauty treatments to customers; maintain the beauty room standards, and ensure it is ready for use at all times.
- Merchandise products as per Areej guidelines.
- Rotate stocks to ensure that existing stock is displayed in front of new items on the shelves.
- Maintain housekeeping standards, including window displays.
- Check stock Levels daily and recommend orders to the store manger iorder to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Ensure all store and office administration, as per manager's request, is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Person Specification:
- High School
- Knowledge of spoken and written English essential
- Pleasant personality and good grooming
- Knowledge of Arabic language advantageous
