Chief Executive Officer
The incumbent with at-least a Master's degree (preferably PhD) in educational management, must be a strategic leader, an effective communicator and have experience of leading an academic / business organization of good repute for around 10 years.
The CEO will provide strategic leadership to all the Functional ana Institutional hands enabling them to achieve the goals of TEF in line with its mission and vision. The CEO will be an ambassador of TEF at all the forums of stakeholders. The position will also ensure self-reliance, stability and continuous improvement of The Education Foundation (TEF).
This position carries a market-based remuneration package.
