Coordinates with the needed departments in order to provide services requested by investors at the cities, and follows up on the provision of the same.
Operational Tasks:
- Coordinates with the needed departments in order to provide services requested by investors at the cities.
- Liaises with the investors developing commercial/ facilities industries at the cities to determine requested services.
- Ensures that the services are provided to the investors within the specified time frame, and with high quality.
- Performs research as directed into opportunities for project impact and other fields in order to provide data to support decision making.
- Obtains information from investors on the status of projects, schedules, expected dates of completion, and challenges faced, and provides the same information to superiors.
- Follows up on the provision of the services requested by investors and receives feedback from investors concerning the services they were provided.
- Implementation of department policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Assists in development and implementation of business plans.
