VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

National ICT R&D Fund, a company registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance 1984 and incorporated by the Federal Government, invites applications for the following position:

Deputy Manager - Legal

Job Responsibilities:

■                                    To draft contracts/agreements in accordance with the requirements of the company;

■                                    To evaluate and vet contracts on behalf of the company;

■                                    To coordinate legal activities for other departments of the company;

■                                    To interact with the stakeholders regarding legal issues involved in the ICT sector and provide appropriate feedback to the company in this regard;

■                                    To give legal opinions and draft comments for court cases and other legal issues of the company;

■                                    Any other task specifically assigned by the competent authorities;

■                                    To interact with external consultants.

Qualification: The applicant should at least have a LLB Degree.

Experience: The applicant should have a minimum of 3 year work experience in corporate law.

Workplace: National ICT R&D Fund office in Islamabad or a location determined by the company.

Remuneration: Market competitive salary.
