Mehran Sugar Mills is setling up a separate Farm Division which intends to increase its present acreage of 425 to 1,000 acres by the end of 2010.
The objective of the Farm Division is to concentrate on
sugar cane plantation with early maturing varieties to !
be given as seed to our growers or as a raw material in the sugar mill.
DGM - Farms
The selected candidate would be the head of the farming division and based in Tando Allahyar. He would have a farm Manager under him, along with qualified farm officers at each separate farming location. He would report to the Director - Operations at the Head Office in Karachi.
The position would entail a market based salary along with an incentive plan based on the profitability of the division.
The incumbent should have a minimum of 10-15 years of farming experience, preferably in sugar cane cultivation on sizeable farms. He should also be a graduate, with preferably a master's degree in agriculture. Please send your application latest by March 25,2010.
