VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

An International Humanitarian Organization Seeks the qualified and experience individuals for the following vacancies to be filled immediately based in various locations of Upper& Lower Sindh on short term contracts.

Positions: Rotational Information Associates.

Location: Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Hyderabad, Dadu, Jamshoro, Ghotki, Matiari, Noshero Feroze, Tharparkar

Contract duration: Shortterm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensively understand the CDCP II objectives and deliverables to best facilitate beneficiaries and stakeholders.
• Facilitating beneficiaries of CDCP II at the centers information and grievance counters during cash disbursement phase by providing them updates on their status and processes.
• Share progress report with concerned provincial government departments, DCO offices and partner organizations of CDCP II during program implementation on weekly basis.
• Identifying information gaps amongst CDCP II beneficiaries to target information campaigns.
• Providing support to CDCP Center staff with different processes during program implementation.
• Maintain working relations with key persons with in the community like prayer leaders in mosques, lady health workers, principles of primary, secondary and higher secondary schools, female community service providers (dais, nains etc.).
• Highlight any urgent area of intervention based on feedback from the community members especially community leaders.

Qualification/Experience:

• At least 3 years of progressive experience as social mobilizer or field officer.
• Humanitarian and/or emergency experience and understanding.
• Working on Microsoft Office, basic database usage.
• Excellent written communications & reporting skills.
• At least Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences preferably sociology or anthropology.
