ASSISTANT CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant Controller of Examinations will be responsible for the coordination and direction of alt functions related to the Examination Department. The major role of incumbent will be to increase efficiency of Examination Department under the supervision of Controller Examination.
The incumbent must be able to prepare examination schedules, oversee the conduct of exams, coordinate the Issuance of transcripts & degrees, look after the examinations process of the Affiliated institutes and oversee all related IT functions including ERR
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate must have Masters degree, preferably an MBA. Experience of relevant positions in higher education setting. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities with a record of collaborative involvement with administration, faculty, staff, and students.

40 Years.
ASSISTANT PURCHASE OFFICER
RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will be required to conduct market survey, appraisal of rates & cost, ensure quality, quantity, and specs, support in tender processing, provide assistance to Purchase Officer regarding legal issues.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
M.Sc/B.E (Statistics/Mathematics/Solid Stat Physics/Computer Science/Electronics/Electncal). At least 3-year purchasing experience is required.
Experience of Educational Institutes will be preferred.
MAX AGE LIMIT:
35 years.
PROCUREMENT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling procurement for I. T. Department, developing tender document, RFP's, RFO's, vendor development, classifications, negotiation, comparing quotes, placing orders and follow ups, endorsing payment, keeping watchful eye on inventory and other allied tasks as and when assigned.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate must have a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business with at least 3-year experience of purchase & customer support. Max Age Limit: 35 years.
SOFTWARE QUALITY ASSURANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution, working knowledge of major quality assurance methods such as nit, integration, regression, user interface automated testing, ability to develop automated custom QA solutions without relying on commercial software packages, ability to launch new projects and follow through upto completion, familiarity with various programming languages, applications & internet technologies.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate must have a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with at least 3-year experience of software quality assurance analyst, must also be aware of the standard methodologies used in quality assurance testing, willingness and ability to create and adapt to new technologies are desirable for this post. DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
DBA is responsible for the performance, integrity and security of database. Additional role requirements include planning, development and troubleshooting, establishing the needs of users and monitoring user access and security, monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast query response to 'front end' users and writing database documentation.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The idea! candidate must have a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with at least 3-year demonstrated work experience with relational database management system preferably OCP, must be aware of advanced relational database concepts.

SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER
RESPONSIBILITIES
The person must be able to lead small teams of developers, create and execute project work plan, design, code and test technical solutions, recognize system deficiencies-and implement effective solutions, assist in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate must have a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with at least 5-year experience of front-end development responsibilities with cross-browser web development, hands-on technical knowledge of Dot Net Frame Work, PHP, AJAX and Oracle is also must. Max Age Limit: 30 years.
RESEARCHER
RESPONSIBILITIES
To conduct research and analyze data. The position is based at IBA Library.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
B.S. in Computer Science. The person must have in-depth knowledge of search engines to carry on effective searches on the Internet, expertise in dissemination of information electronically- Must have knowledge of educational resources and sound grasp over English Language.

LADY WARDEN
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting SBA Administration in looking after girls hostel's duty rosters, routine jobs, work groups and plans, maintaining attendance register, out-pass register and hostel complaint register, assisting in administration duties by participating in-house/in-staff meetings, overseeing the welfare, discipline and control of the hostel inmates, staying at the girls' hostel 24 hours a day, looking after the room allocation matters and other mess staff matters.
AGE LIMIT:
35-45 years.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
The candidate must be intermediate or have a Bachelor's degree with at least 5~year experience in the relevant field. Must possess a dynamic personality with an ability to handle emergency situations.
Age limit may be relaxed in exceptional cases.
