RESEARCH MANAGER / SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVE: QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH (Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad)
To manage relationships with assigned and prospective clients resulting in achieved revenue target and client satisfaction.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Work with clients to identify key business, issues, develop and present value added analysis.
* Develop client briefing documents for all handled accounts.
* Proactively seek growth opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
* Liaison with field, data production and statistics departments.
* Developing proposals, analyzing results and writing reports.
RESEARCH MANAGER / SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVE: QUALITATIVE RESEARCH (Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad)
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Providing Advice / Consultation for clients as required.
* Design and preparation of questionnaires for qualitative research.
* Development of Discussion Guide for qualitative Focus Group Discussions.
* Liaison with field, data production and statistics departments.
* Preparation of Summary Reports and written, interpretative Report as required.
* Presentation of results to clients as required.
RESEARCH MANAGER / SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE: RETAIL MEASUREMENT SERVICES (Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad)
To drive client value for assigned Retail Measurement Services clients and achieve agreed revenue, profitability, co-operation and client satisfaction targets.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Manage RMS team(s) while achieving revenue targets.
* Add insights to client business, be involved in clients’ key business issues and contribute to decision-making and deliver effective presentations.
* Build strong relationship with client organizations.
* Develop Client Briefing Documents for all handled accounts.
* Develop effective working relationships within the team, other departments and clients.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED.
* Work experience in Marketing Research in Client Servicing and / or trade marketing / retail.
* MBA preferably in Marketing from a recognized university.
* Strong analytical and presentation skills.
* Good negotiation skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
ADVANCED ANALYTICAL CONSULTANT (Karachi)
Responsible for all issues which impact statistical quality and the implementation of quality standards
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Develop client relationship with previous / existing clients and new clients through the creation of a positive climate and demonstration of relevance for the client’s business.
* Contribute to the growth of the Advanced Analytics Consulting business.
* Manage a number of projects (where necessary simultaneously)
* Achieve required standards of quality for all client deliverables.
* Develop own technical competency across the AAC product portfolio.
* Liaison with client management, maintain good relationship, account management.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED.
* Masters degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics – Econometrics would be a particular benefit in this role.
* 2-3 years experience in market research preferably.
* Solid technical and analytical skills, both at mathematics level.
* Keeps updated on business practices and processes generally and external factors affecting the business community.
