* CCIE Certification is an advantage.
TELEPHONE ENGINEERING LEADER Design telecom infrastructure systems to support current and future client requirements:
Provide leadership to develop and maintain solutions based on Avays systems integrated with global MPLS networks providing services at multiple locations across the globe.
* Advanced technical experience with Avaya S8700 switches.
* In-depth knowledge of Avaya TDM / IP voice switch and related peripherals, ACD Vectoring / VDN, VoIP / H 323, QOS, provisioning, Map-D, CMS, and Centre Vue
* Advanced knowledge of telecommunications with an emphasis on T1/E1 protocols, advanced carrier routing techniques, and call routing design.
* Solid understanding of enterprise networks, applications and systems including NICE, IEX, Genesys, Cisco, SQL Server, MPLS, and Avaya voice equipment.
* Avaya Certification is an advantage.
INCIDENT MANAGEMENT LEADERLed a multi-disciplined, cross-functional team of engineers and support personnel during high severity support incidents and drive the process to a speedy and successful conclusion.
* In-depth knowledge of change management processes.
* Advanced knowledge of telecommunications with an emphasis on T1/E1 protocols, advanced carrier routing techniques, and call routing design.

Each position is available in either Karachi or Lahore and requires international travel.
Candidates must have 3 to 12 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a top notch Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, engineering, computer science or equivalent experience.
