Personal Bankers Job Objective

Responsible to assess customers' financial investment needs, develop relationships to acquire new business and achieve deposit mobilization targets and ensure effective market coverage. Maintain effective portfolio management against defined portfolio quality benchmarks for steady growth in market share.

Candidate Specifications

Minimum Graduate but preferably Masters with specialization in Marketing. 1-2 years of relevant experience. Experience in Banking / Financial Institution will be an added advantage. Excellent selling, relationship building and influencing skills. Age up to 30 years.

Trainee Officers - Branch Sales (TOBS) Job Objective

Responsible for carrying out market assessment, introduction and sale of asset and liability products, conducting client appraisals, preparing and monitoring of case loadings, front-end delinquency / collection management, and processing client documentation.

Candidate Specifications

A fresh Graduate, preferably Masters with specialization in business / commerce / economics / agriculture, with good academic record. Be less than 28 years of age. For male candidates, own motorbike and valid driving license is a must as they would be required to conduct sales / business acquisition on their own motorbike. Fuel and maintenance charges will be provided. Initially, they will be inducted as interns and upon successful completion of internship; they will be converted to TOBS.

Trainee Officer - Branch Operations (TOBO) Job Objective

Responsible for branch banking operations including client due diligence, opening of accounts, handling client queries and complaints, cash handling, processing clearing / collection transactions and maintaining records etc.

Candidate Specifications

A fresh Graduate, preferably Masters with specialization in commerce / finance / accounting with good academic record. Be less than 28 years of age. The incumbent should have strong client service orientation and desire to advance in branch banking operations. Initially, they will be inducted as interns and upon successful completion of internship; they will be converted to TOBO.

Sales Consultants (SC) Job Objective

Responsible for the development of bank's relationship and volume base in assigned target segment by using professional selling skills and grass root prospecting and ensuring targets are achieved.

Candidate Specifications

Preferably 16 years of education from foreign / HEC recognized university, in business administration / banking & finance / commerce / accounting or economics. Good team member and customer focused. Age up to 30 years. SCs will be hired under 3^rd party contract.

All positions are available across Pakistan. Selected candidates will preferably be deployed at the KBL branches nearest to their respective home towns.
