• Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology to include one year internship in a hospital clinical laboratory in the country of origin.
• Licensure/Certification Requirements: Board of Registry registration in medical technology in the country of origin. Registration must be current at the time of employment.
• Professional Experience: Five years’ full-time employment in a clinical laboratory, preferably as a multi-disciplined generalist technologist.
• Specialized Knowledge: Any specialist training in a single discipline of laboratory medicine will be noted at the time of employment.
• Must have good oral and written English language skills and will be expected to speak English in the laboratory and on the nursing units at all times.
