National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK) requires the services of Design Office & Construction Supervision Staff for its Building Project in and around Islamabad.

1. Resident Engineers

·          B.E/B.Sc. (Civil)

·          Minimum 10 years relevant experience preferably with Consultant.

·          Must have experience in supervision and management of multistoried buildings

·          Have working knowledge of FIDIC / PEC Contract Documents

·        Must have working knowledge of Computer (MS Office Applications, AutoCAD) especially Project Monitoring Software (MS Project, Primavera)

·          Possess good Interpersonal skills

·          Engineering Co-ordination skills for handling multidisciplinary projects.

·          Must have good Technical Writing Skills

2. Senior Engineers. (Coordination / Planning)

·          B.E/B.Sc. (Civil)

·         Minimum 05 years relevant experience preferably with Consultant.

·         Must have experience in Supervision, Co-ordination and Management of multistoried buildings

·          Have awareness and knowledge of FIDIC / PEC Contract Documents

·          Must have working knowledge of Computer and must have command on MS Office Applications, AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera.

·         Co-ordination experience between different Engineering Disciplines i.e. Architecture, Structure, Plumbing, Electrical

3. Junior Engineers (Civil)

·          B.E/B.Sc.  (Civil)

·         Minimum 02 years relevant experience preferably with Consultant or fresh graduates with more than 80% marks may also apply

·          Must have awareness regarding Construction Contracts

·          Should have understanding of Construction Drawings

·          Must have working knowledge of Computer and must have command on MS Office Applications, AutoCAD, and Monitoring Soft wares.

·          Good Communication Skills

·          Candidate having Construction and Management experience will be preferred.

4. Inspectors (Civil):  

·          3 years diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil)

·         Minimum 02 years site experience of buildings’ construction preferably with Consultant

·          Must have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD

5.  Quantity Surveyors:

·          3 years diploma of Associate Engineer (Civil)

·          Minimum 02 years of relevant experience preferably with Consultant

·          Must have command on MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD

·          Must have knowledge of Construction Drawings

·          Awareness with the market of different construction material

·          Candidate with knowledge of additional quantification tools will be preferred
