Masters in Environmental Sciences or any other related field, with at least 8 years of experience in preparation of environment-related studies

This is a good ad but has not been constructed properly. It should indicate a glimpse of job descriptions, monthly salary package, fringe benefits and terms and conditions like contract or against salary which may help the applicant to make a decision about his future.
