This refers to the advertisement published on January 21,2012 in Daily DAWN and January 23,2012 in Daily JANG, the following eligibility criteria should be considered for applying on the post of Professor (BPS-21).

PROFESSOR (BPS-21)

Eligibility:

1. Ph.D from an HEC recognized institution in Biological Sciences (Botany, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Genetics, Microbiology, Physiology, Zoology, or an allied subject).
2. Fifteen (15) years teaching / research in HEC recognized University or postgraduate institution or professional experience in the field of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering in a National or International organization with at least eight (8) years post-Ph.D. level experience in HEC recognized university or postgraduate institution or professional experience in the field of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering in a National or International organization

OR

Ten (10) years post-Ph.D level experience in HEC recognized University or postgraduate institution or professional experience in the field of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering in a National or International organization.

1. Fifteen (15) research publications (with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years), in HEC recognized journals.
