Sohar University is the first private university established in the Sultanate of Oman and is posed to for a substantial growth iin the next few years and would like to invite experienced candidates for the role of:

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Major Responsibilities will include:

Contributing} to the monitoring and evaluation of University performance.

• • Production off key quality assurance documents
• • Raising awarerness among all staff of quality assurance and enhancement.
• • Managing the [documentary work of the QA Department (drafting of university policies, procedures, regulations and reports).

• • Strategic and operational guidance relating to the enhancement of quality assurance processes and procedures of quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• • Relevant Master's decree.
• •  including the ability to work with a range of word-processing and statistical software.
• • Experience of quality assurance processes in higher education. •Teamworkand communication skills.

Compensation Package:

1) Attractive tax free salary commensurate with qualifications and experience

2)  Medical scheme and annual air passage for staff, spouse and 2 children under 17 years of age

3)  One month paid annual leave
