- To provide efficient and timely support to the organization from the finance department.
- To undertake book-keeping, prepare reconciliations, manage payments
and accounts payable, invoicing and accounts receivable and prepare
various MIS reports for review by Head of Finance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare payments, manage accounts payable and accruals, prepare and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare invoices for revenue and other related documents, monitor debtors and collections.
- Input financial data into the company's automated financial systems.
- Prepare reconciliations for various bank accounts, debtors, creditors and intercompany.
- Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Analyze revenue and expenditure trends, compare to budgets and ensure expenditure control.
- Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases and manual filing systems.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
- Any other related duties as requested by Management
| Profile |
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent qualification
- 3 years experience as an accountant in the UAE and must currently be based in the UAE
- Good communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Expert at using MS Excel, Knowledge of SAGE and Microsoft Dynamics GP. |
