GENERAL MANAGER MONITORING & IMPLEMENTATION   (01 position)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Masters/Advance Degree in Telecom Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience, out of which 05 years relevant experience in Project management, execution/implementation (as  per PIP), capitalization/monitoring, quality assurance& transmission technology.
- Candidate with technical & management courses/trainings (foreign) and telecom sector experience will be preferred. 
- Self motivated and initiative oriented.
- Familiar with latest ERP/SAP/E-Office management system
- Should have time management, communication, decision making& leadership skills.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Head of Monitoring /Implementation department of the Company.
- Lead and coordinate the work of Manager Data Analysis and Manager Complaints & Enforcement on routine and special projects.
- He/She shall be reporting to CEO.

GENERAL MANAGER ADMIN & HR  (01 position)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Masters /Advance Degree in Business Administration. Foreign qualified will be preferred.
- For local qualified minimum 11 years experience at management level and company administration in multinational or large national organization. 
- For foreign qualified minimum 9 years experience at management level and company administration in multinational or large national organization. Foreign experience will be a added value 
- Familiar with latest ERP/SAP/E-Office management system.
- Self motivated and initiative oriented.
- Excellent track record from past employers. 
- Should have time management, communication, decision making & leadership skills.
- Awards/honors/courses/training certificate will be added value

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Head of Administration & Human Resource department of the Company.
- Prepare and implement administrative& HR policies.
- He/She shall be reporting to CEO.

GENERAL MANAGER LAW  (01 position)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Masters/Advance Degree in Law.
- At least 12 years experience in Telecom Regulatory Rules & Regulations, Corporate law, labor Law, Contract management, & PPRA Rules. 
- Advocate High Court.
- Candidate with track record of good advocacy skills and ability to defend company in different level of court cases and foreign qualification will be preferred.
- Self motivated and initiative oriented
- Familiar with latest ERP/SAP/E-Office management system
- Excellent track record from past employers. 
- Should have time management, communication, decision making & leadership skills.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Head of Legal Department of the Company.
- Handling and drafting/reviewing of corporate, contractual, legal documents and agreements. 
- Contract negotiations and its compliance with legal requirements. 
- Analyze, evaluate legal disputes and advice to management and coordination with professional lawyers.
- Consultation and advice for telecom policies and regulatory affairs.
- He/She shall be reporting to CEO.
